Note: This procedure involves editing a game file; create a backup before proceeding. Use a text editor to edit the “Default.cfg” file in the “anachronoxanoxdataconfigs” directory. Look for the “set debug 0” line and change it to “set debug 1”. Press ~ during game play to display the console window, then type invoke 1:86 to enable the cheat panel. It allows you to modify your characters and inventory. Besides those options, you can also enter one of the following codes at the console window to activate the corresponding cheat function.
The console window can also be activated without modifying the config file. To do this, hold [Alt] [Shift] [F10]. Then, press ~ to display the cheat menu. Hold [Alt] [Shift] [F10] again to remove it. You can then type invoke 1:86 to enable the cheat panel.
